These Trader Joe's canned artichoke hearts are perfect for making my Better Than Tuna Salad. I pulse the artichokes in the food processor a couple of times so they have a flaky texture. Then I add them to some chickpeas, celery, onions, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and - the secret ingredient to make it taste like it's fresh from the ocean - some nori.
