I was so happy to flip this bread over and see there were no questionable ingredients (i.e. stearoyl 2 lactylate, etc.) I hadn't had cinnamon raisin bread since going vegan due to the potentially non-vegan dough conditioners found in most easily available breads. This was such a treat! It's amazing toasted with some Crystal margarine. Maybe one day I'll try making French toast with it... I'm sure it'll be great! This is usually about $3 at No Frills, and it makes quick sweet snacks so easy and delicious!
