I was so pleased to find these mini #baobuns at M&S, frozen section. They are some in the microwave in just 2 mins! They are savoury with a sweetness to the bread that we all love about bao buns. I served them simply with some green peas tossed in tamari, sesame oil, maple syrup, and chilli sauce, then use the baos to mop up and leftover sauce. A filling dinner in 5 mins total! This will become a staple.
