This toothpaste by dōTERRA is alright. By that I mean it’s a very in the middle quality toothpaste in my opinion. It’s not bad, it’s not great it’s just alright. It spreads semi ok-ish. You don’t have to use too much of it to brush your teeth. The flavour / taste is ok but not great. My teeth did feel clean enough after using it. All around this product is ok. I would suggest if you want a really good toothpaste to try The Green Beavers - Naturapeutic Toothpaste for Sensitive Teeth called Fresh Mint.
