Vegan Nachos au Genius Central Singapore — Avis de Jacob (13 févr. 2023)

The house made cashew cheese and sour cream was so good. The refried bean was too healthy and it was right at the bottom, I forgot there was refried beans until we ate a lot of the tortilla chips. By too healthy, I meant that it's not salty nor oily enough and 1 flavour profile is missing (could be the oil that was used maybe more neutral) hence the lack of flavour. But overall love the combination especially the toppings on top
