Baba Ghanoush au Bravo Restaurant — Avis de DJ (11 févr. 2023)

It was a perfect combination of taste with the tahini not overpowering the eggplant. The roasted flavor was very distinct in this dish and it was one of the best baba ghanoush I’ve tasted. The pita was well cooked but can be a little bit thicker.
