Kimchi Tostadas au Backyard Cafe — Avis de tiascaz (7 févr. 2023)

This special menu item is so yummy! Although it doesn’t really taste like kimchi at all, it has a much more Mexican vibe to it, with a bean and veggie salsa, avocado, corn and pickled cabbage. Nonetheless, the flavours were exciting and the buckwheat tostada was nice and crispy. I suggest eating it with a fork otherwise it becomes a #hotmess
