Rice noodles with soft soy pieces reminiscent of fish/seafood tofu (not chicken), mushrooms, nai bai, and beansprouts in slightly spicy clear broth. Definitely not like authentic pho, but still a decent lighter soupy option! (Allium-free, $12.90) #sgvegan
