Everything is vegan on the menu and in the adorable market that offers food and cute merch plus fun collectibles like pins and patches. Ok so back to the chupacabra chick’n…. 😅 Crispy seitan filets, cilantro, avocado, cabbage, jalapeño on a toasted roll make this a phenomenal, tasty and satisfying sandwich that I will return to over and over again. It was delicious and you can feel the care that is put into every ingredient.
