The cauliflower wings are similar to the plain Buffalo Wild Wings. Crunchy. Nicely breaded. Ditch the sauce packet though. It’s in plastic that thaws out in warm water. I had the buffalo sauce and the ranch sauce. Threw out both and used my own. So I suggest but any flavor because you’re buying for the plain wings. Cooks fast in an air fryer on 400!
