The bhajis, and you get 5 good sized ones, were perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender inside. Not overly beetrooty and really well spiced. The sea of sambar was a fruity, spicy delight. It's a really good sharing dish from the small plate selection. I'd have been happy to just have that on its own, if I wasn't so greedy.
