The texture was amazing, and the flavors were lovely! For the pesto (link in the ingredients section), I used #spinach instead of basil and used a little bit of fresh #parsley, instead of pine nuts I used #almonds. I also used flax seed oil instead of olive oil. I also added in some #oregano. For the main dish, I did not include the olives or spinach (I felt a bit lazy there toward the end 😅). It was so so good! 🤤
