Interesting idea, but not totally sure what Silk is going for here. It seems to be a blend of oat milk and soy milk, but with more sodium and less protein.
I didn't like the flavor or texture any more than just straight soy or straight oat milk. Glad I tried it, but due to the higher price tag I'll just stick to the Silk soy milk. 🥛
