Tofu and Tempeh Fries au Botany Robertson Quay — Avis de justinsails (16 janv. 2023)

The presentation of the dish was neat. Both the tofu and tempeh was very lightly fried, with a super duper thin layer of batter. The batter is not very strongly seasoned, allowing the flavour of the tofu and tempeh to shine through. Both the tofu and tempeh has a good bite to them.
