Review of Lasagna - Granoro by lucthelucky
I tried these semolina-only lasagnas, because they expressly declare the porosity of the pasta. I actually confirm the roughness that helps the sauce stick to the pasta. I recommend leaving in the oven a few minutes longer than the cooking indicated on the package. Anyway my leek, sausage (Beyond Meat) and saffron lasagna was delicious!
