Review of Plant Based Roast - Tofurky by jahanb

I basted this roast as per the directions , and the flavor did somewhat resemble a Thanksgiving turkey . But the texture is very strange , slightly rubbery and the inside wild rice kind of fell apart . Not a huge fan .
