Spicy, rich, and creamy are the perfect words to describe this curry! This plant-based rendition of the South East Asian dish was absolutely superb! The vegan beef was almost identical in taste and texture to the meat-based alternative as it was deliciously soft and tender and simply fell apart. The curry was perfectly balanced and full of complex flavours. Can’t wait to recommend this dish to all my (currently) non-vegan friends and family!
