I like to use this miso Ginger broth instead of vegetable broth, because I often find that many store bought veg broths taste too much like celery. I use this in all kinds of soups, to make rice, really anywhere where I would use vegetable broth.
The ingredients include miso, soy sauce, ginger, carrots, celery, onions, and shiitake powder. The broth is mild tasting though, so you don't get a very intense ginger taste that interferes with the dish you're making. I find that it adds a really nice balanced flavor in most dishes.
