I would eat this again in a heartbeat — so flavourful that I inhaled the whole bowl before I even knew it. Who knew that tofu could be done so soft, but crispy, holding great umami, sweetness and saltiness from the sauce while balancing out with the cleaner and more plain tastes of the tofu??

It isn’t hawker centre cheap but it is still amazing price for the amount; i would pay for it again
