I could hardly play it cool in front of @dafnelately as i eyed yet another star #recommended dish from this incredible #veganthai restaurant🤭

A #battered and #deepfried #eggplant dish? How could I refuse…? 🤪 Our main #aubergine could stand on its own. Its got a great #crispy coat that contains the much desired moisture on the inside 😋 Though, having it with this #highlyaddictive #highlyrecommended #veganmince made it clear this was how it was meant to be eaten 😝 The #mince gave me life with #sweetandsavory combo AND a nice amount of #spicy for a bit of kick? Just *chef kiss* 😚🤌

RM22 in KL is fine with me because this baby left me absolutely stuffed 😅😛
