I bought this yogurt to veganize my mom’s cake which I used to love when I wasn’t vegan. It did a great job at replacing real yogurt without taste compromise! It is sweetened so unfortunately it cannot be used in savoury recipes as plain yogurt. I wish it was sugar free. But it works perfectly for baking! I love how easy it is to separate the cardboard from the plastic in order to recycle properly! Bonus points for that!
