Review of Festive Bake - Plant Menu by olivejuice

I was excited to try these but was left kind of disappointed.

There is less filling inside than I expected.

The pastry is good, it’s probably the same pastry you find on their other bakes so it’s a nice, standard, crispy pastry.

The filling is, I want to say, bland. I could taste the stuffing filling but not much else. It wasn’t *bad* just not that flavourful.

The size is good, again probably the same as their other frozen bakes. Definitely large enough either on it’s own for lunch or with some veggies as a dinner.

It also cooked really nicely in my air fryer.

At £1.19 for two the price isn’t too bad but I don’t think it would compare well against a similar bake from a bakery.

Try them but don’t get excited for them!
