From Naked Cafe’s incredible brunch menu: Seitan’s Waffles!!! Crispy fried seitan patty, flaxseed waffles with maple syrup and vegan butter, and creamy mashed potatoes. Comforting, indulgent, filling! Non-vegan friend tried a bite of the seitan patty and was blown away by the great taste. Will be ordering again! Hail seitan!
