Sichuan wanton in chilli oil au Lotus Café 蓮心食坊 — Avis de shawneofthedead (11 nov. 2022)

I miss this dish a lot when I'm sticking strictly to a vegetarian diet so I was delighted to see that Lotus Cafe has this on their menu. It's really well done - the "meat" has a good texture, the wonton skin silky smooth, and the entire dish just the right amount of spicy.
