I really liked the texture of this, it’s nice and creamy and crumbles well with your hands. Not rubbery like other vegan feta I’ve tried. Taste-wise it’s pretty mild, just missing a little tang and sharpness like dairy feta. Really enjoyed overall though.
Comes in olive oil with peppercorns and herbs which is handy to use the leftovers as a dressing.
Can’t see myself buying this often though, as it’s just so dang expensive! Usually $15 for a jar, I grabbed this on special at Coles for $9.
