Last meal I had in New York and it was sooo good these pictures definitely don’t it justice. Sabich is a deep fried eggplant dish with Middle Eastern spices that I had forgotten how much I missed! Was so excited when I saw this on the menu and boy did it not disappoint. Huge sabich slice that was perfectly deep fried on a bed of hummus, chickpeas and Middle Eastern salad with a side of hot of the press fluffy soft pita bread 😍
