Sichuan consists of la mian noodles, black vinegar and chilli mushrooms, spiced plant based mince, chilli pepper and fresh vegetables.
This dish was flavourful and delicious. Vegetables were fresh. Noodles tend to clump together though. Not overly oily or spicy.
