Vegan Big Brekkie au Tanglin Cookhouse — Avis de Kat (22 oct. 2022)

Not a fan of this big brekkie sadly - the tofu scramble tasted too spiced and nothing like scrambled egg, the eggplant bacon wasn’t crispy at all but instead had the texture of eggplant (why call it bacon when it doesn’t resemble bacon at all). Beyond sausage was nice but that’s available in grocers too. Wouldn’t get this again.
