Review of Sichuan wanton in chilli oil at Lotus Café 蓮心食坊 by xinru-t
Housemade poached wantons served with specialty chili vinaigrette which was relatively spicy to me. Great that the skin wasn't too thick, which is usually my gripe with most wantons. Also really impressed by the filling, which was not a one-dimensional soy meat paste, but instead had varying textures and flavours, including an ingredient that resembled diced prawn!
