Sichuan Sauce Ramen au Divine Realm Vegetarian Restaurant — Avis de fluffyfloofs (15 oct. 2022)

A friend of mine Jo once said - this is the only thing that I come here for anyways. And.. I actually agree, because there are quite a number of dishes in this restaurant which I feel are either hit-or-miss, and they can miss pretty often. This dish tastes like salty and spicy vegan minced “meat” noodles, with a lil bit of vinegar in it. The flavorful sauce made me finish up the bowl of noodles real fast and good. Love the crispy bits of fried beancurd skin and all the mock "minced meat” within. While the restaurant does not use eggs, they do use dairy, so as usual if unsure, do check with the staff!
