The matcha protein ball was almost equally blissful. That strong deep matcha flavour again with a moist fudgy texture and whole seeds. This one had a slightly glossy look from, I believe, the peanut butter. Healthy fats, proteins, and antioxidants hand rolled into a flavourful treat - both the bliss balls exceeded expectations.
