Review of Dan Dan Pappardelle at Chi by anistavrou
This is one of my favourite places in Vancouver and this dish really stands out as my favourite dish I've tried!
Not your typical Pappardelle, it has Dan Dan flavours which I love!! Fiery, nutty, and packs a punch! This dish contains Impossible Meat, Szechuan pepper and even tahini! The Bok Choy helps balance out the spice.
Normally I am not the biggest fan of culinary fusions, but this one is genius! This dish is a must-try for sure!
