Review of Orh Luak at Vege Pot 素砂煲 by rumblingradishes
I really loved this. The textures in the dish were so nice, with crunchy and sticky and soft bits. The seaweed and preserved radish and mock fish added those nice salty flavours. It is best eaten as a sharing dish because it is quite salty and heavy in flavour but I ate it by myself as a meal and enjoyed it anyway.
