Summer is now over here where I live. On the last sunny day I wanted to buy this Gavina watermelon, which I had never tasted before.
I used it to make a delicious Greek salad. Compared to the classic watermelon, it is more floury and has small, clear seeds. I wouldn't eat it alone but I find it great in salads.
