Rasam Vada au MTR Singapore — Avis de dafne kiyui (27 sept. 2022)

As we #unhealthyvegans would attest to, there’s nothing better than greasy balls of dough; This #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease galore of #vada, basically referring to any of the many #southindian fritters, is just that but ever more rich to be dumped in #rasam! I was skeptical of the #rasam at first, it being more of a soup after all, but the one they used was thick and #curry like enough that the balance struck between it being a soggy #doughnut versus a nicely dipped fritter was just right. At S$4.50 for a single doughnut, it’s not the cheapest ask but considering the atmosphere of the restaurant it’s a price I’d happily pay. Not that I did. Don’t tell my friends that they paid for me and I have not paid them back yet lmao 💀💀
