PBJ Fried Chick'n Sandwich au Bubbie's Plant Burgers at Plant Food Lab — Avis de Steven Neoh (26 sept. 2022)

As my US of A trip wound to a close, I simply had to seek out the weirdest and wackiest flavour combinations to sample 😊 I had one free meal during my 24-hour stop in DC (friends cooked the other) and went #burger hunting again. Which brought me to this fantastic pop-up place with a brilliant little story (see pictures 4 and 5). I had to walk a bit to get to it, but I was glad to have left Manhattan behind I guess! 😛

The burger itself was a #hotmess 🥰 The #friedchicken patty was a battered #soy and #garbanzo affair, simply delicious 😋 What made it better? #pbj 😁😁😁 My #sweettooth already wishes it was back here, who knew that #peanutbutter and #grapes would make for such a delightful combination with standard burger veggies ☺️

PSA though, if you're eating with your hands then fingers will get unbearably sticky 😂
