I was hesitant of having a cold falafel bowl with roasted veggies but it was incredible.
The spar has a vegan bar now with a variety of different options. This bowl had falafel topped with cucumber and cashew yogurt mix. There was roasted cinnamony butternut on the sides. It was delicious. I double checked, and they confirmed it was vegan yogurt. I was highly impressed, and for R48, I think it was great value for money.
