Pear and chocolate roll au Grounded — Avis de Jeanne (21 sept. 2022)

This was delish ! Such a well prepared roll from Grounded ! It was just the right amount of sweet, had just the right amount of chocolate, and a very little amount of pear. It had a gentle caramel flagrance which I also found enjoyable. I was scared it would be a bit bready but turns out it didn’t ! It was the right balance between soft, moist and crispy. Can’t wait to try their other options !

Though it is a bit pricey compared to pastries sold at vegan bakeries, as it costs 5,5€. Still worth it in my opinion. Flavours and textures are really well handled I believe.

PS: don’t be fooled by this not so attractive photograph, it tastes better than it may seem 😉
