This is a regular in our shopping list as a quick, tasty convenient meal for two.
We usually make up a bit of a tomato based sauce to on top. A bit of vegan cheese and the meal is complete.
It seems difficult to find as our local major supermarkets don't appear to stock it, however our local corner shop (usually terrible for vegan food) always does. So I am glad tokeep buying it from them to show vegan products are in demand. Hopefully they will stock other stuff!
