Gorgeous hand-stretch dough baked with fire makes for a PERFECT pizza from Pizza Shed in Observatory.
They also have a branch in Bree St.
Most of their pizzas can be “veganised”, and there isn’t even a need for their vegan cheese. Their pizzas stand alone beautifully, even without it.
