Chef's Burger au The Holy Spirit Vodka Bar and Restaurant — Avis de Candice (14 sept. 2022)

The side sauce was super strong on its own (a lot of garlic), but added a layer of flavour when a little was added to a bite of the burger. My non-vegan companion said they really loved the burger - I had a taste of it myself and concurred it was delicious. Really liked the brioche bun. The potato wedges had a nice yum crunch and were soft on the inside.
