It has a quite hard, doughy, slightly powdery-melt in your mouth consistency which I like very much! The cocoa nibs add a nice crunchy texture.
It’s not too sweet, you can taste the cocoa powder. It does have a slight protein powder aftertaste which as a protein bar lover I like.
I always have these in stock as they make a perfect snack.
