What a find! I was not expecting to find a #100percentplantbased #restaurant this holiday, and definitely not a vegan all-you-can-eat buffet! The flavours and presentation of all the food I tried seemed carefully thought through, and the staff were super friendly and chatty, and helpfully explained what some of the dishes were. I liked all of it, but my favourites were the homemade hummus (obviously), the batatas bravas with garlic mayo, and the little polenta squares. I ate so much food, but it was worth it to try a bit of everything. My non-vegan friend also loved it too!
