The BPMH au WellSmoocht — Avis de A (27 août 2022)

A really large burger (and well toasted) with black pepper marinated monkeyhead mushrooms with avocado. This was a hit for me not only for portion but also taste. It was really filling without being too rich or gelat. The highlight was the buns for me because it wasnt too dry despite being vegan. The sides (gotten marinated broccoli and herbed potatoes) added nice touch to the entire dish but I felt it could be more seasoned.
