I'm unfamiliar with how hor fun is supposed to taste so I may not be the best person to review this, but I didn't take to the taste immediately. Texture of the noodles and ratio of tough:tender of the soy meat was enjoyable. I could finish it alright, but it wasn't the most mouthwatering or delicious dish I've had at greendot. YMMV.
