An absolute five-star gem of a #ramen, tasty and #spicy and served piping hot, with noodles of an excellent texture, #bambooshoots, #mushroom, and this juicy, puffy #tofu 😋 Would totally get this again.

The problem was the service though. They leave you waiting forever, even though there are clearly vacant tables inside. The staff appear at sixes and sevens and everything seems to come back to the manager of the branch, which becomes the bottleneck. That part was exasperating 😬
