These are a great non food source of protein, I wish I’d known about them sooner on my path as a vegan. I’ve been taking them every morning for years, and with meals that are light in protein. They’re also taken for recovery after exercise, and before for a boost. (Their website explains the science of it better than I can.)
They are animal and calorie free. 💪🏻
