Marcus Brutus au Three Carrots Fountain Square — Avis de tofubetty (11 août 2022)

Had this salad with cornmeal tofu as my protein. The tofu was awesome - crunchy outside, soft and crumbly inside. The vegan Caesar dressing was rich and creamy. Nice large portion. And the peach kombucha was a nice paring.
