The labeling on this spring water must be correct because my body has experienced the benefits of the higher alkaline content it claims to offer. I rarely have acid reflux anymore since I started drinking it. It's expensive but worth it. It solved my ongoing reflux problem and quenches my thirst at the same time.
I wish I didn't have to buy bottled water at all but the latest research by the Environmental Working Group lists the tap water in our city as "legal but not safe." Worse, our county is known to have some sections with water that contains hex6 or hexavalent chromium, which was made famous in the movie Erin Brockovich. I'm not even sure a filter would work with those kind of toxins.
