This was surpringly good! Was really juicy and didn’t dry out when cooking. Reminded me a bit more of pork/chicken mince, but it has been a very long time since I’ve had either so I can’t say with certainty that my opinion has any basis. We had it in a classic spaghetti bolognese *chef’s kiss*
